In Algeria, 43 Police Recruits Killed By Car Bomb

A car bomb in the city of Isser, in the Boumerdes district of Algeria, has killed 43 police recruit candidates.

In an official announcement, the Algerian government said that the attack was an isolated incident, and stressed the need to adhere to the National Reconciliation policy, which offers pardons for terrorists who lay down their arms.
