An Egyptian source told the London daily Al-Hayat that Egypt has summoned representatives of the Palestinian factions to Cairo for a bilateral meeting in advance of a comprehensive dialogue.
The meetings are to open next week with talks with Islamic Jihad representatives, while the comprehensive dialogue among all the Palestinian factions will begin following Id Al-Fitr, in October 2008.
