Syria and France yesterday signed seven agreements, memorandums of understanding, and protocols for cooperation in the areas of oil, gas, electricity production, and railroad lines.
One of the documents signed was an agreement extending the contract between the French oil company Total and the Syrian oil company by a decade and increasing Syria's share of the revenues.
Syrian Deputy Prime Minister Abdallah Al-Dardari said that next week a delegation from the French company Airbus would arrive to sign an agreement with the Syrian flight institution.
