In a speech he gave in Damascus, Hizbullah's leader in South Lebanon, Nabil Qauq, said that Hizbullah's relations with Syria were "strategic", and that they terrified Israel and the U.S. He added that Syria was Hizbullah's chief and most loyal supporter among the Arab countries.
