Hamburg Culinary Institute to Offer Kebab Diploma

The London daily Al-Sharq Al-Awsat reports that Germany, with its penchant for order, has created a training course for preparing kebab, the hamburger-type delicacy brought to the country by Turkish immigrants, at the Culinary Institute in Hamburg.

Students who complete the six-month course will receive a diploma.
