According to Al-Jazeera TV, acts of terrorism are on the rise in Morocco. In the course of 24 hours, three suicide bombers blew themselves up while being pursued by police, while a fourth member of the group was killed by the police. There were a number of casualties.

The suicide bombers are suspected of being connected to Al-Qaeda, and Al-Jazeera said that two of the four terrorists were brothers.

The channel also reported that a car bomb has exploded in front of prime minister's office in in Algiers, killing nine and wounding 30, and that a second car bomb exploded at a police station, near the international airport, killing eight and wounding 50. An Algerian spokesman attributed the two explosions to the Salafite movement, which recently announced its connection to Al-Qaeda.
