Sudanese Official: ICC To Issue Arrest Warrant For Sudan President

In an unprecedented announcement by a senior Sudanese official, Sudanese National Congress party official Ibrahim Ghandour has assessed that the International Criminal Court would issue an arrest warrant for Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir.

It is known that the Sudan People's Liberation Movement is considering asking Al-Bashir to step down from the presidency in the event that this happens.
