Hizbullah Accuses Lebanese Government Of Withholding War Compensation

Hizbullah MP Hassan Fadlallah said that the Lebanese opposition would continue to pressure the Al-Siniora government to fully compensate victims of the 2006 Israel-Lebanon war.

Hizbullah is accusing the government of delaying compensation for political reasons – an accusation that the government is denying.

Hizbullah will also be holding a rally on this coming Tuesday, May 22, in front of the Embassy of Saudi Arabia, which "has taken upon itself reconstruction works in more than 96 southern villages."
