In Iran, Public Pressure Prevents Execution By Stoning

Following public pressure by social activists, the Iranian authorities have withdrawn their intention to execute Makroumeh Ebrahimi and her boyfriend by stoning.

Ms. Ebrahimi has been in Qazvin prison for 11 years,
