Iran: If Vienna Talks Fail, We Will Enrich Uranium to a Level of 20%

Iranian Nuclear Energy Organization spokesman Ali Shirzadian said that, should the October 19 nuclear talks with the 5+1 in Vienna fail, Iran will inform the IAEA of its intention to produce uranium enriched to a level of 20% for use in its research facility in Tehran.
