In Haifa Speech, Palestinian Poet Darwish Criticizes Hamas, Fatah

In a speech in Haifa, during an evening of his poetry, Palestinian poet Muhammad Darwish criticized Fatah and Hamas over the coup in Gaza.

Darwish stated that the victor, i.e. Hamas, was actually the defeated, and that the defeated, i.e. Fatah, had not learned its lesson from the defeat.

He also said, "Woe is us, we have become a victim in the garb of the hangman."
