Fatah Central Committee member Zakariya Al-Agha has called the deeds of Hamas members "barbaric, to say the least," and stated that the torture that Hamas is using against Fatah, as seen in the past two days, is worse than the torture used by the occupation.

He said that it was impossible to be silent over what is happening in Gaza, particularly regarding the night raids on homes and the arrests of Fatah women activists, the wives of activists and the wives of martyrs, including conducting body searches.

Senior Palestinian Broadcasting Authority official Yousef Al-Qazaz wrote in an article that "whoever tortures members of his people has no place in the human map of our society."
