In Syria, Hacker Protests Against Country's Electricity Outages

Following recurring electricity outages in Syria in the past month, the website of the Electricity Ministry was hacked and the following announcement was placed on its home page:

"I thank all Electricity Ministry employees, particularly the minister, who so far have offered no solution and have neglected the country and the people who gave them their job. I also thank those in charge of maintenance in the Electricity Ministry for the tremendous effort, which demonstrates their lack of capability to be in charge and to hold high posts. How long will we remain backwards? How long?
