Taliban Commander Mullah Dadallah at Al-Qaeda Base in Afghanistan: We Will Behead Whoever Negotiates with Kabul Gov't

On December 28, 2006, Tajded.net.tc  footage of Taliban military commander Mullah Dadallah's visit to an Al-Qaeda base in Afghanistan, including an interview with him. During the visit, Dadallah praised bin Laden and 9/11 and called on Muslims to arise; during the interview, Dadallah said that "the foreign occupation forces in Afghanistan have begun looking for ways... that will pave the way for their withdrawal from Afghanistan" and that NATO "is asking the Taliban to sign a truce in order to get out of [Afghanistan]." He also denied a report that the Taliban was negotiating a truce with the Kabul government, saying "Whoever does such a thing – we will behead him, along with the Americans."
