Al-Qaddoumi: Abbas's Call for Elections is an Israeli-American Plan for Palestinian Civil War

In a letter to the secretaries-general of the Palestinian opposition groups, Fatah Secretary-General Farouq Al-Qaddoumi wrote that Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas's call for early elections for the presidency and the legislative council was an Israeli-American plan aimed at causing a Palestinian civil war.
