Iranian Daily: Neda Soltan Killed By Mojahedeen-e Khalq

The Iranian daily Vatan-e Emrouz, which is identified with the Ahmadinejad government, stated that it was the Iranian opposition organization Mojahedeen-e Khalq that had killed Neda Soltan and circulated her pictures in the media and on the Internet, in order to fan the flames of the protests in the country.

The paper added that the investigation of the incident showed that she was killed with a weapon smuggled into Iran, and not with a weapon belonging to Iranian security forces.
