Iran Cuts Electricity Supply to Iraq Without Warning

The Iraqi Electricity Ministry has attributed the interruptions in the electricity supply to lower supply of water which affects the efficiency of the hydrogenerators, and to a sudden cut of electricity by Iran without prior warning.
