A member of the Iranian negotiating team in Geneva, who refused to be identified, told the Iranian news agency Mehr that no agreement was reached regarding the date of an International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors' visit to Iran's new uranium enrichment facility in Qom.
[This is in contrast to statements by EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana.]
The Iranian official explained that although it is not legally required to, Iran had expressed willingness to permit an IAEA visit, but had not set a date.
He added that Iran's package of incentives had been discussed in Geneva, and that it was agreed to continue to discuss it with 5+1 representatives.
