Iranian Atomic Energy Organization Chief: We'll Begin Enriching Uranium To 20%

Iranian Atomic Energy Organization head Ali Akbar Salehi has said that Iran can enrich uranium to any level it wants; from tomorrow, February 9, it will begin enrichment to 20% at its Natanz facility, and within a year will erect 10 more uranium enrichment centers.

Salehi expressed amazement at the IAEA"s refusal of Iran's request to carry out the uranium exchange deal on its soil, even though countries such as Brazil and Turkey had supported this, and stressed that new sanctions would not impact Iran's nuclear progress.

He warned against an Israeli attack on Iran, saying that it would set the whole region afire.
