The conservative Iranian daily Kayhan, which is close to Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, stated that the West has missed the opportunity to have Iran remain with only 5%-enriched uranium, and that now it will not be able to prevent it from enriching uranium to 20%.
According to the paper, the next round of negotiations between Iran and the West will deal with enriching to an even higher level.
