The Chairman of Iran's national shipping company IRISL, Mohammad Hossein Dajmar, said that, "according to numerous international laws, all countries have the right to protect their waters," and warned that if Iranian ships are inspected, as required by the UNSC sanctions, Tehran will retaliate by "inspecting suspicious ships, in order to confront the countries which supported the resolutions."
