U.S. Congress Seeks To Negotiate With Iran

Iranian Majlis National Security Council chairman Alaeddin Boroujerdi confirmed that Iran has received a request for negotiations from the U.S. Congress.

He refused to expand on the issue, and said that negotiations were conditional upon a change in the U.S.'s hostile policy towards Iran.
