Iran's Parliamentary Foreign Policy and National Security Commission head Ala-Addin Boroujerdi said that the NIE report has "invalidated" claims by President Bush and his followers.
He added that the report "will have positive effects on Iran's nuclear technology advancement" and would further isolate "those who are pressuring Iran to suspend and stop its nuclear energy" activities.
Boroujerdi stated that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has said that "we want a world without nuclear weapons," and added, "Iran started its nuclear technology 50 years ago, and now we are not going to quit our achievement in this concern."
