Iranian Reformist Daily: Iran Gov't Preventing Oversight Of Foreign Aid

The Iranian reformist daily Aftab-e Yazd wrote that the government of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is not permitting the parliament and other institutions in the country to oversee the loans and aid given to Iran by countries such as Sri Lanka, Bolivia, and Nicaragua.
