The Tabnak website stated that from the Iran Central Bank report it can be estimated that the annual inflation rate in the country has topped 30%.
The reformist daily Rooz reported that even supporters of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Ayatollah Mesbah-e Yazdi, and Abolqassem Khazali have expressed concern over Iran's inflation.
The reformist party Mosharekat expressed its concern over the Iranian economy's drop to a grave low due to "the government's mistakes in running the economic policy." The party also expressed concern over the widening of the social gaps and the increase of the weight on the middle and lower classes.
