The opposition political parties, the Republican CHP, the nationalist MHP and the Kurdish DTP has decided to unite and take the mine law which has recently been approved by the Turkish parliament to the Constitutional court for its cancellation.
The MHP officials said that they have decided to join CHP and continue their efforts to cancel the mine law outside parliament. They stated that although "national sensitivities" were ignored by the Turkish president, they expect the Constitutional court to react differently.
