A Pakistani explosives expert was responsible for manufacturing the explosive capsule that was used by an attempted suicide bomber in a failed attempt last August to assassinate Prince Muhammad Bin Naif Bin Abdul Aziz, the Assistant Interior Minister for Security Affairs of Saudi Arabia said, according to Saudi websites.
