Haroon Zarghoon, the spokesman for the Gulbuddin Hekmatyar-led Hizb-e-Islami in Afghanistan, has rejected media reports that representatives of Hizb-e-Islami and the Taliban met recently in Moldova to pave the way for an international peace conference, according to a Pashtu-language Afghan daily.
