Zabihullah Mujahid, a spokesman for the Taliban in Afghanistan, has called on the U.S. to release Pakistani scientist Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, who was recently found guilty by a Manhattan court of trying to kill U.S. troops in Afghanistan, according to a Pashtu-language daily.
