A network of Muslim organizations and institutions in India has demanded that Israel be expelled from the international community ‘‘for committing Nazi-like crimes against Palestinians.’’ According to the Urdu-language newspaper Roznama Inquilab, the All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat said in a press statement that Israel is committing ‘‘far more grave crimes against Palestinians than the ones which are linked to the Nazis.’’
The All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat is a network of Islamic organizations and institutions in India, broadly representing fundamentalist and orthodox groups. The expression ‘international community’ will supposedly mean the United Nations.
